Gorgeous, hand carved, 18`s 14kt solid gold, hunting style case, Hampden pocket watch. Solid yellow gold case is inlaid with green and red gold flower designs. Back cover is set with 5 old mine cut diamonds. 17 jewels Hampden, Springfield Mass. "Railman" grade movement with fancy micro regulator. Solid gold jewel settings. Perfect clean white porcelain dial.
