Maurice Lacroix
The Aikon has been reinvented in this robust 45mm manufacture skeleton. This watch features a Maurice in-house caliber ML234 automatic movement. AI 6028-SS001-030-1 Retail $5900
Also superstars of the show for Maurice were the Aikon Automatic chrono with quick change straps and the newly recreated Manufacture square wheel.
Grand Seiko
Grand Seiko had some beautiful introductions as well this year. Every year we look forward to seeing what the latest releases and Limited Editions will be from this incredible manufacturers. This year was not disappointing! The 20th anniversary of the 9S movement brought about some spectacular Limited Editions. The SBGH267 is a High Beat with an exquisite blue dial. The dial is adorned with the GS special mark that went on watches made by the team at Daini Seikosha, which is the company now known as Seiko Instruments Inc. They developed the first Grand Seiko HiBeat watch 50 years ago. The GS and Seikosha marking radiates from the center of the deep blue dial. Limited Edition of 1500 pieces $6,300
Also in honor of the 20th Anniversary of 9S is the High Beat GMT Special Edition. This beauty is the balanced combination of Grand Seiko tradition with the future of Grand Seiko. The watch is 46.4mm of Titanium with blue zirconia ceramic accents around the case and throughout the bracelet. The dial has a delicate GS pattern to celebrate Grand Seiko. The weight is treated with an anodic oxidation process to make for a spectacular hue of blue. Limited to 350 pieces. $14,800.
